REGISTER FOR CAMP

This year we are offering an EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT to those who register for camp by June 6th. In order to receive the discount, the camp office must receive a COMPLETED form WITH PAYMENT on or before our Family Day on Sunday, June 6th. Registering online by June 6th will also guarantee the discount. The Early-Bird price is listed under each camp in the brochure and online.

Some of our Wilderness Camps and Specialty Camps tend to fill up quickly, so register early!

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Now it is easier than ever to register for summer camp - through online registration!!  By registering online, you can enjoy these great advantages: (1)
Enroll your child instantly in the camp of his or her choice, and receive immediate confirmation via e-mail! (2) Pay by credit card!

To register online, just click on the link at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions. You will be required to pay the full amount with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or debit card (VISA or Mastercard).  If your church is paying all or part of your camp fees, you need to contact your church office to obtain a "Church Bucks" ticket. This ticket has a code specific to your church. During the registration process you will be prompted to enter your code, which will then apply the discount to your fee.

PAPER REGISTRATION
If registering by paper, complete one registration form per camper per event. Pre-register by turning in the completed form along with the fee payment to the camp office. If your church is paying all or part of the registration fee, notify the church of your registration. Have your minister sign the registration form. Registrations will be accepted by the camp upon day of check-in unless the camp registration is full.

To obtain a 2010 Registration Brochure, please do one of the following: (1) Check with your church office. (2) E-mail your mailing address to the camp office (therock@hangingrock.org) and we will mail you a brochure.

confirmation
Once you have registered for camp, you will receive a confirmation postcard by mail or a confirmation e-mail. Please bring that postcard or a print-out of the e-mail with you to camp.

cancellation policy
For all on-site camps, fees are refundable with the exception of $25 if the camp office is notified of cancellation at least three days before session starts. There will be no refund for off-site camps unless the vacated spot can be filled.
